How to Complete BigONE KYC【APP】

BigONE KYC is divided into：Basic KYC and Advanced KYC.

• Basic KYC

1. Login BigONE APP，click the left above corner icon, and click「KYC」；

【Tips】

• The daily withdrawal limit for the user who completes the basic KYC is up to 50 BTC，OTC trading amount limit for 24 hours is 300 USDT；

2. First of all, you need to complete「Basic KYC」，click「Verify」；

3. Select「Country」，enter「Full name」、「National ID Card」，click「Next Step」；

【Tips】

• Please to noted that once the information verified, it can't be changed, please make sure the information you entered is accurate；

4. Take a photo of your national ID card, click「Next Step」；

5. Click「Start Facial Recognization」，then wait  the system pass；

• Advanced KYC

1. After you passed the basic KYC, you can start「Advanced KYC」，click「Verify」；

【Tips】

• The daily withdrawal limit for the user who completes the advanced KYC is up to  100 BTC ，and there is no up limit for OTC trading amount. For reference：Announcement about 24-hour Maximum Withdrawal Amount

2. Follow the tips to upload a photo you hold your national ID card, click「Next Step」；

3. Click to record a video, read the words showing: I , XXX, promise that the source of the digital assets in BigONE is legal, willing to trade, and willing to bear all legal consequences;

4. Complete the video uploading, click「Next Step」，wait for the audit.
