During the tournament, the number of the first grid pending order time (UTC) minutes on the BitUniverse App is the predicted number (eg 01:23:45, then 23 is the predicted number). 

The lottery number which is the last 2 digit of the first IOST public chain block Hash data after 02:00:00 on August 19 (UTC) turns out to be 34 (Since the exact one, 95 is not in the range of 0-59).

There is one BigONE user getting the random luck award.
