Dear BigONE users,
BigONE has recently upgraded the users' risk control features, adding device authorization, account freeze and anti-phishing code to protect users' accounts and assets.
Device Authorization
Function: After the device authorization is enabled, if a new device is logged into your account for the first time, you need to go through the email to verify the login, and you will receive a text message and email reminder about the login. If someone wants to log in to your account with a new device, you can find and freeze your account in a timely manner.
How to set: After you log in to your BigONE account on the web page, go to the Settings page from the top bar and find the Device Authorization button to enable device authorization.
Account freeze
Function: After receiving the email and SMS reminder, if you find that the account has abnormal login or non-personal operation, you can quickly freeze your account by clicking the Account Freeze link in the email. After confirming the security of your account and assets, you can apply for unfreezing.
How to set: After confirming that your account has abnormal login or non-personal operation, you can click "Freeze your account" in the received BigONE login reminder email to freeze your account, and then please contact our staff immediately.
Anti-Phishing Code
Function: After you set up the anti-phishing code, the emails you receive from BigONE will include your exclusive anti-phishing code which can help you distinguish the fake BigONE emails.
How to set: After logging in to the BigONE account on the web page, go to the "Settings" page from the top bar and find "Anti-phishing code" to set.
In the future, we will continue to upgrade the risk control function to protect your BigONE account and assets.
Thanks for your continuous support and love.
