According to the feature of NB contract, every on-chain NB transfer will destroy 1% of the transfer amount automatically Thus, our users should pay for it. And the minimum destroy amount is 1 NB. BigONE charges no deposit fee of NB. After NB gets listed for 3 days, we will open the withdrawal service and the fee is 2 % of the withdrawal amount. The minimum account to withdraw is 100 NB and should be an integer.
