In 「ONE Exchange Pool」, ONE holders can exchange 0.14 USDT（≈ 1 CNY）with 1 ONE according to their 「Contribution Rates」. ONE that BigONE receive will be destroyed.

Exchange and Destroy Process

• Consuming 1 「Contribution Rate」can exchange BTC or ONE which values 0.14 USDT with 1 ONE.
• Once the exchange finalizes, the 「Contribution Rate」will disappear and the ONE exchanged will be destroyed.

Recently, BigONE will start to give out 「Contribution Rates」to users who contribute to our exchange ecosystem. After every 10 million 「Contribution Rates」has been distributed, BigONE will start the exchange and destroy the ONE received. To prevent the dramatic fluctuation of ONE price, the cryptocurrency that values 140,000 USDT （≈ 1 million CNY）can be exchanged during that period of time. If the exchange volume exceeds 140,000 USDT, it will be distributed proportionately among BigONE users who have applied to exchange. 

In order to ensure the consistency of 「ONE Exchange Pool」, BigONE will put a portion of cryptocurrency which values 700 million USDT into it in advance. 「ONE Exchange Pool」will only contain BTC and ONE right now which are exchanged with exchange trading fees by BigONE.
