Announcement on Launching the "Mobile Number Registration/Login" Feature

Dear BigONE Users,

BigONE is now online with the "Mobile Number Registration/Login" feature. Both new and old users can verify the account number through mobile phone number management, which is easy to operate and easy to use. In addition, mobile phone number verification can protect your account security when you perform cash withdrawal, password recovery, security settings, and API management.

After the feature is officially online:

1. The new user can directly register the BigONE account with the mobile phone number and complete the password setting by using the mobile phone number verification code.

2. Old users who use the email registration can log in to the BigONE account to bind the mobile phone number. After the binding is successful, you can also use your mobile phone number to log in to your BigONE account. 

3. If your mobile phone number is bound and only one BigONE OTC account is bound, you can use this mobile phone number to log in to your BigONE account.

4. If your mobile phone number is already bound to multiple BigONE OTC accounts, we will cancel all bindings. Please re-bind and not repeat.

Note: This feature is only temporarily supported by the Web (computer) side. We will open this feature on the mobile app as soon as possible, please be patient.
