The latest Process on Ethereum Constantinople & Petersburg Hard Fork

According to the upgrade process of the Ethereum(ETH) Constantinople& Petersburg released by the developer, the upgrade has been set to block number 7,280,000. The upgrade time is expected to be on March 1, 2019(UTC), which depends on the actual block height. BigONE will support this upgrade and help our users to handle all technical problems.
