Announcement of BigONE system upgrade

Dear users,

In order to provide better service to users, BigONE will upgrade the system. BigONE server will be maintained and upgraded at 20:00 UTC+8 on May 30th, 2018, and the maintenance time is expected to be 24 hours. During this period, users will not be able to log in to the BigONE official website. After the official system upgrade is completed, we will open our website at the first time. Please adjust and arrange your transaction in advance according to the time. 

 After the upgrade, there will be following changes:

 1. switch wallet address

• BigONE will switch the wallet address. Users will have a new wallet address automatically. After the official system upgrade is completed, users can see your new wallet address on the account page. 
• Please update your BigONE new deposit address on other exchanges, wallets, or mine pool accounts. Next time when you deposit, you need to be careful to fill in the new wallet address.
• The old wallet address will be kept to 20:00 UTC+8 on August 31st, 2018. After this time, all old wallet address will be invalid. If users deposit asset to the old wallet again, the asset will not be recovered.  

2. API upgrade

• BigONE will offline old API at 23:59:59 on May 28th, 2018, and new API will open after the upgrade of the BigONE official website.

Users do not need to worry. This system upgrade, wallet address switching, and API upgrade have no effect on user's assets.
