Announcement on BigONE Earn and Mixin Bot Migration Maintenance

Dear BigONE users,

The BigONE Mixin Earn bot will undergo migration maintenance at 15:00 (UTC+8) on 1 April 2024 , and the maintenance is expected to last 1 to 5 hours.

During the maintenance period, the BigONE Earn bot and BigONE platform Earn products are under overall maintenance. All products do not support investment withdrawal and income collection for the time being, including current, fixed-term, ETH nodes, Mixin nodes, Dual Investment and Double no-touch product.

After the migration is completed, the BigONE Earn bot will only support MixinSafe (new network) capital investment, and the Mixin Legacy (old network) bot will no longer provide financial services.

We will restore related services as soon as possible after the maintenance is completed. During maintenance, your assets will be well secured.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
