BigONE Futures Will List ORDI, LTC, MATIC and LINK & Scheduled Futures System Maintenance (1/11/2024)

Dear BigONE users,

BigONE Futures will list 1-50x leveraged USDT-based Futures for ORDI, LTC, MATIC and LINK. The scheduled Futures system maintenance will also commence on 12 January 2024 at 12:00 (GMT+8). The estimated maintenance duration will be about 1.5 hours. We will announce the completion once it is completed.

All trading pairs in the Futures trading will be suspended during the maintenance period. Market update, position opening and closing, order cancellation, margin call, fund transfer and other functions will not be available. The scope of maintenance includes the Mobile App, Website, and API (query and operation). Please cancel your orders in advance. Before the maintenance is complete and an open transaction is open, users who wish to withdraw their orders need to contact online customer service.
