Announcement on Supporting Polygon (MATIC) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork

Dear BigONE users,

Polygon (MATIC) will carry out network upgrade and hard fork at Polygon block height 38,189,056. The estimated time will be on 17 January 2023 at 18:30 (GMT+8). BigONE will support this upgrade, details are as follow:

BigONE will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services of MATIC (Polygon) tokens and other tokens on the Polygon chain at 17:40 on 17 January 2023 (GMT+8). Please deposit in advance, and BigONE will assist in the upgrade process any technical issues.

Reminder:

1. During the upgrade, MATIC (Polygon) related trading operations will not be affected.
2. MATIC (Polygon) hard fork upgrade will not generate new forked tokens.
3. BigONE will reopen the MATIC token deposit and withdrawal services after the hard fork upgrade of MATIC (Polygon) when the network is stable, no further announcement will be made.
