First, please use a blockchain explorer to check if the transaction has been posted to the blockchain yet or not.
If the transaction can't be found in the blockchain explorer, it's possible that the transaction hasn't been posted to the blockchain yet, or that it wasn't properly sent. If it's been more than five or ten minutes since the deposit was sent, please check with the sender.
If the transaction can be found in the blockchain explorer, but your BigONE account hasn't credited you with the corresponding tokens, please create a support ticket containing provide your deposit token type, the amount and your transaction ID. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we'll be happy to make sure you get credited for your deposit as soon as possible!
